Austin Nimmo's 'Girlfriend' featuring Jennifer Armstrong has been released on December 27th, 201. Thus far, the single garnered generally positive reviews from music critics. Although young teen sensation has been making 'waves' as of late with his large popularity increase.

The single itself was good and it has a catchy beat with catchy lyrics - although the song isn't a game-changer and although Jennifer Armstrong's part of the song wasn't bad, it wasn't a wise idea for Austin and his team to include her on the song. This kind of song and her voice just doesn't fit together. Maybe Jen should stay over at... pop maybe?

Nonetheless, the song itself was still good and Jennifer's part, again, wasn't that bad. The song could have been even better without her. As for Austin, he's got a bright future if he keeps releasing music similar to this. The talent is there and the teen sensation has displayed it with his debut single 'Adore You' and now 'Girlfriend'. Both songs were good. Now we're just waiting for his album to drop.
